• Your documents: files you upload, together with translation results and job metadata (file name, size, status, progress).
• Service data: rate-limit counters and basic operational logs used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

2. How we use it

We use this data only to provide the Service: parsing and translating your documents, showing previews and history, sending sign-in codes, preventing abuse, and diagnosing failures.

3. Third-party processors

To deliver the Service, your document content is transmitted to our AI translation provider (DeepSeek) for translation. We also use an email delivery provider (Resend) for sign-in codes, and infrastructure providers for hosting and storage. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the Service.

4. Retention

Uploaded files and generated results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Account data (email, job history summaries) remains until you delete your account. You can delete individual jobs from your history at any time.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can request account deletion by contacting us at [[email protected]]. Deleting your account removes your jobs, files, glossaries, and sessions.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than yours by the providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
