Every character of source text sent to the translator counts against your plan's monthly allowance, shared across all your jobs. Once the allowance runs out, purchased credit characters are used.
New translation jobs are rejected until your next period starts, you buy credits, or you upgrade your plan. Existing jobs, previews and downloads are unaffected.
Uploaded files and translation results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can also delete individual jobs or your entire account at any time.
No. Document text is sent to our translation provider (DeepSeek) only to produce your translation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and text-based PDFs. Scanned and encrypted PDFs are not supported yet.
